Forbes Road CTC provides quality education that enables all individuals to achieve their fullest potential in pursuit of employment and/or educational skills. Our goal is to provide a variety of quality learning experiences, which will enable students to compete successfully in today’s workplace. We strive to equip students with experiences that will enable them to strengthen family foundations, positively influence the community, and participate as an enlightened and informed member of society.

Our school was founded in 1959 to provide quality career and technical education to high school students and adults in our area which is east of Pittsburgh PA in Allegheny County.
For over six decades, our mission of providing students with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in their chosen career remains the same.

CTE (Career and Technology Education) Fulfills employer needs in high-skill, high wage, high-demand jobs.
CTE features high school and post-secondary partnerships, enabling clear pathways to certifications and degrees.
CTE prepares students to be college and career-ready by providing core academic, employability and technical skills.

All students in grades ten, eleven, and twelve from out partner schools can attend on a half-day basis. Interested students should fill out the online application on the “enroll” tab.
